Lovely hotel, free room upgrade, friendly staff, nicely furnished, clean room.

Nothing for me.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for such a central location in the heart of the city center, between two nightclubs. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all in place, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with nice bathrooms.

No major issues were found during my stay.

We enjoyed staff and location, every detail was provided. The rooms with great bathroom and radiators. Coffee & tea making facilities and glassware were an advantage.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a lively area, surrounded by nightclubs, bars, and within walking distance of the train station. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing fans to combat the summer heat. The room was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the bustling atmosphere outside. The central location allowed me to easily explore the shops and amenities nearby. I had a great experience.

The potential for noise from the nearby nightlife, which might not be suitable for those seeking a quiet stay.

The property was clean, featured modern design, I liked it. Had good amenities.

Quiet place with welcoming staff from receptionists to chambermaids, loved it.

There was something as breakfast missing.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. Being close to Canal Street was fantastic as I attended an event there. It was also convenient for me and my friends who traveled by train. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. the room was functional and the bathroom was lovely.

Ideal location and fairly clean place, I appreciated fabulous staff. My room was adequate and compact, besides, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was a nice stay, you could leave a car onsite. Moreover, gay village was 5 minutes' walk away.

Clean venue with perfect location on canal st. Compact and budget units on ground floor decor. Every staff member was accommodating and understanding.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on Canal Street and close to all the shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of tea and coffee provided. The bed was comfortable, with nice fluffy pillows. Despite a few minor issues, overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Great location for City Centre, near transport options. Friendly staff, fantastic shower. Comfy, pain-free bed. Cleaned with some effort. Excellent facilities.
